Welcome to Fekra, a mobile application provided by Global Markets F.Z.E (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). By using Fekra, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the app.

  1. Account Registration

    1.1 Creating an Account: Users can create an account on Fekra to access features such as creating business profiles, job listings, service offerings, personal profiles, and stores.

    1.2 Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  2. User Responsibilities

    2.1 Content Creation: Users are responsible for the content they post on Fekra, including business profiles, job listings, services, personal profiles, and store information.

    2.2 Ordering and Services: Fekra facilitates communication between users for ordering services or applying for jobs. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legality of services provided by users. Users engage at their own risk.

    2.3 Reporting: Users can report other users for violating our community guidelines or terms of service. Multiple reports may lead to the suspension or termination of a user's account.

    2.4 CV Creation: Users can create CVs using Fekra's tools. The accuracy and completeness of CV information are the user's responsibility.

  3. Content Moderation and User Safety

    3.1 Prohibited Content and Behavior: You agree not to post, share, or otherwise make available any content that:

    • Is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, hateful, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.
    • Promotes violence, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior.
    • Violates any applicable laws or regulations.

    3.2 User Agreement: By using Fekra, you agree to our terms and conditions, which clearly state that there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

    3.3 Reporting Mechanism: Users can flag content they find objectionable using the in-app "Report" feature. Reports will be reviewed promptly.

    3.4 Blocking Mechanism: Users have the option to block other users they find abusive, preventing the blocked user from further interactions.

    3.5 Action on Reports: We commit to reviewing and acting on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. This may include removing the content and/or ejecting the user who provided the offending content.

  4. App Administration

    4.1 Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts without prior notice if users violate our Terms or community guidelines.

    4.2 No Refunds: Subscriptions to Fekra's services are non-refundable. Users are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before renewal dates if they do not wish to continue.

  5. Subscription Services

    5.1 Subscription Benefits: Subscribing users may receive benefits such as top search placement for their business, service, or store listings. These benefits renew automatically with each subscription renewal.

    5.2 Renewals: Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled by the user. We will notify users of upcoming renewals.

  6. Liability Disclaimer

    6.1 User Responsibilities: Fekra is a platform for connecting users. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any services offered by users. Users engage at their own risk.

    6.2 Service Provider Liability: Fekra is not liable for the actions, omissions, or conduct of service providers, businesses, or employers using the platform.

  7. Amendments

    7.1 Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Fekra after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.

  8. Governing Law

    8.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ajman, UAE.
